Our first activity, a national state of the art research paper and survey is complete. This was conducted independently in each of our five partner countries.

The reports consider the current nature of memory loss or dementia, from a national perspective, the numbers and budgets involved, what particular focus of attention is being driven nationally, including diagnosis rates, research towards a cure, and the various types of support available. It then zooms in on currently available digital and non digital support interventions and discusses their link or complementarity to Digital Timelines. We conclude each report with an analysis of the primary research we carried out by asking carers of people with memory loss a series of questions about the person they care for, what interventions they use, and are most effective, as well as their current familiarity with IT.

They are available both in English and in their home language.
